SO it's a rough life being an intern. On hiatus, AGAIN, so I'm down in DC for the week. If I WAS employed by the show right now, I would be watching reruns of Friends and Seinfeld and getting paid for it. 11 weeks out of the year. What a life. And to think that people were actually complaining about it being time for a break.... we were only on break 3 weeks ago or something.

To recap the week before hiatus:

I guess the talent gals are becoming more comfortable with me so they have been asking me to come down during the show and help out with the guests. This week I have had the pleasure of meeting Dennis Miller, Adam Sandler, Seann William Scott and Luis Guzman. Then on Friday night we all went out to a bar for a party since one of the show's writers is leaving. Can't say it's everyday that you walk in on Amy Poehler in the bathroom. She was nice and apoligized to ME for leaving the door unlocked. Very surreal. I am living such a weird life, going to parties and seeing people from the tv there. VERY strange.
